Extra fabric can sometimes extend a skirt, dress or trouser hem. Matching or contrasting material changes the appearance, so we discuss the join first.
Sleeves and cuffs
Jacket and shirt sleeves may be extended using allowance or a suitable cuff change. Buttons and lining can affect the result.
Material availability
Some lengthening work cannot proceed if suitable material is unavailable. Bring spare matching fabric if you have it.
